Do you want to nurture the wellbeing of your team?
We all need time and space to think.
The quality of our actions and the quality of our relationships with others is determined by the quality of our thinking. It is this slow and deep thinking that enables us to keep well and to keep learning, facilitating and leading.
We know that life and work are not separate and one impacts the other, coaching supports both and the dynamic relationship between the two.
Coaching for Wellbeing, Learning & Leadership
We need to recognise the importance of the psychological wellbeing of our teams as being critical to their ability to learn, lead and relate to one another. There is a strong and dynamic relationship between what we have traditionally referred to as our personal and professional lives and growth.
The coach – coachee relationship is a confidential, non-directional one in which the coachee will guide the focus of each session as well as the focus over time. Topics that often come up in coaching are resilience, self-belief, relationships, managing stress, leading and improvement. Through coaching the coachee will (amongst other benefits) increase self-awareness and resilience, clarify goals or intentions, take action and build momentum.
