21 things...

Back in December last year I came up with a list of 21 things for 2021. I’ve not managed them all but I’m quite pleased with what I have experienced and who I’ve met along the way.

Last night I was reminded that we all have a choice and each day we choose to do something that empowers us. So here’s my 21 micro-actions that I am going to explore as we close 2021 and welcome 2022.

  1. Make a wreath for my door

  2. Make my granny’s ‘light’ Chrismas cake (there’s still time)

  3. Keep drinking champagne

  4. Morning coffee at the Lookout Bothy

  5. Swim with the original swim crew

  6. Have an afternoon of watching films

  7. Fire on the beach with my oldest niece

  8. A big Pentland walk

  9. Get dates in the diary for catching up with friend in the new year

  10. Solstice swim

  11. Slow coffees in independent cafes

  12. Sit outside and watch the stars

  13. Have my family round for a Christmas party

  14. Book a workshop of some kind for next year

  15. Refresh my vision board

  16. Take a breath

  17. Drink mulled wine outside

  18. Sit on the beach

  19. Watch the sunrise

  20. Donate to a charity

  21. Be present
