the supervision series: how does it work?

Supervision is a collaborative, reflective conversation to support the quality and integrity of your practice and your well-being. It’s a safe space to grow, reflect and challenge yourself. Group supervision allows you to do this with those in a similar role to you. Together you can explore your leadership from different perspectives, explore new ways of working, open up blind spots, unpick ethical dilemmas, explore the emotional impact of your work and much more.

In supervision the focus is on the professional dimension of your life, this doesn't exclude or ignore other parts of your life but we focus on exploring how those things might impact your work. This is how supervision is different from coaching, in coaching you as the coachee or the 'thinker' determine what we focus on and that can be anything, in supervision the focus is the professional dimension.

If you are curious about exploring supervision and how it might support you and | or your team, please get in touch. I can help you work out if it’s what you’re looking for.

In the next and final post, I share a little about what it’s like to work with me.
