the supervision series: Working with me

With almost 20 years of experience and expertise, I bring an understanding of education, people, leadership, learning and coaching.  I’m really comfortable with the often messy and complex dynamic nature of all these parts.  As a skilled supervisor, I’m also a member of the British Psychological Society’s Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors.

Here’s how others have benefited from supervision with me:

Working in a demanding and challenging environment, it can be difficult to reflect and think objectively. Sarah offers time, space and guidance to share the chaos and piece it back together in a more manageable way that is reflective of what is positive, possible and realistic.

Sarah offers supportive challenge that is empathetic, non-judgemental and encouraging. This enables courageous conversations to take place and the creation of actions to take forward to enable positive change. Sarah exudes warmth, understanding and brings a wealth of experience to any conversation.

If you are curious about exploring supervision and how it might support you and | or your team, please get in touch. I can help you work out if it’s what you’re looking for.
