Feedback
"Feedback is the breakfast of champions". This was something a colleague of mine was famous for saying.
Yesterday I received some feedback about the impact of coaching sessions I've been delivering nationally. On hearing about the impact noticed by colleagues a Senior Leader said she wished she could sign up because she wanted to know how I was managing to have this impact.
It's always nice to hear positive words about my work but the impact is always more important. This feedback was even more powerful because it wasn't from the people directly involved, it was from those working with them - they were able to see the impact.
What does feedback mean to you?
